Flax seed meal recipe – delicious brownies

Flax seed meal recipe: ingredients list

  • ¼ pound of butter
  • Oil to grease the pan
  • 1/3 cup of cream
  • 2 cups of erythritol
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup of cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 4 ounces of unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 cup of walnuts
  • 2 cups of flax seed meal
  • 1 cup of sugar or a corresponding amount of artificial sweetener
  • 2/3 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Flax seed meal recipe: instructions

  • Place the butter in room temperature to make it soft.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Grease a pan. (It should be large enough for roughly three dozens of brownies.)
  • Cream the butter until it is really fluffy.
  • Stir in cream and erythritol.
  • Add the eggs, one at a time, and make sure that you beat vigorously between each egg. It is important to keep the mixture fluffy.
  • Beat in vanilla, cocoa and salt. Keep it fluffy.
  • Melt the chocolate and mix it in with the other ingredients.
  • Chop the walnuts and add them to the batter.
  • Add flax seed meal, sugar/artificial sweetener, water, and baking powder. Blend all ingredients well. 
  • Place in the pan and bake until ready. This will usually take 35-40 minutes.
  • Wait for it to cool down before you cut it into circa three dozens of flax seed meal recipe brownies.

  • ½ cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons of flax seed meal
