Flax seed meal recipe: ingredients list
- ¼ pound of butter
- Oil to grease the pan
- 1/3 cup of cream
- 2 cups of erythritol
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup of cocoa
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 4 ounces of unsweetened chocolate
- 1 cup of walnuts
- 2 cups of flax seed meal
- 1 cup of sugar or a corresponding amount of artificial sweetener
- 2/3 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
Flax seed meal recipe: instructions
- Place the butter in room temperature to make it soft.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease a pan. (It should be large enough for roughly three dozens of brownies.)
- Cream the butter until it is really fluffy.
- Stir in cream and erythritol.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, and make sure that you beat vigorously between each egg. It is important to keep the mixture fluffy.
- Beat in vanilla, cocoa and salt. Keep it fluffy.
- Melt the chocolate and mix it in with the other ingredients.
- Chop the walnuts and add them to the batter.
- Add flax seed meal, sugar/artificial sweetener, water, and baking powder. Blend all ingredients well.
- Place in the pan and bake until ready. This will usually take 35-40 minutes.
- Wait for it to cool down before you cut it into circa three dozens of flax seed meal recipe brownies.

This flax seed meal recipe is really simple. Just put all the ingredients, except for the sugar/sweetener, in a blender and mix them together into a shake. Taste to see if you need to add any sugar or sweetener. If the shake is not thin enough, simply add some more water.
